This webinar is the next presentation in a series of lectures, with esteemed foreign
guest speakers, which the Arbitration Court of the Slovak Bar Association has been
organizing twice a year since 2016.
Mr. Artem Doudko FCIArb, a solicitor-advocate, is a Partner and Head of Russia & CIS
Disputes in the London Dispute Resolution Practice at Osborne Clarke LLP. He is identified as a
Next Generation Partner in Legal500 UK 2020 for his expertise in International Arbitration.
Dr. Cosmin Vasile, managing partner of ZRVP, Romania, head of the firm’s Arbitration
Practice Group, has extensive experience during more than 15 years of handling cross-border
disputes and already possesses an outstanding track-record of approximately 100
international arbitration proceedings as counsel and arbitrator conducted under various laws
and sets of arbitration rules, including ICC, LCIA, CAM, SCC, VIAC, UNCITRAL, ICSID and CICA.
